Inspiration

Quiet con
Too loud lobbycon/bar, can't have a conversion
Too loud parties, can't have a conversation
Parties being broken up by hotel

Idea

Raspberry pi
Sound sensors, 2+ sound sensors, depending on size of party
Led light strips, preferably green yellow red, 2+ depending on size of room
Way to power
Way to mount strips non damaging (3m?)

Pi averages Sensors input
Displays green, yellow, or red (blink?)
Party can then maybe self regulate based on the desire to keep partying
